My landscape works are deeply inspired by the scenery and atmosphere of Cambodia. Living within the Khmer landscape has shaped both the visual language and emotional tone of my paintings — from dense tropical foliage and quiet pathways to shifting light, layered greenery, and the stillness found within nature. Rather than documenting specific places, these works explore memory, mood, and personal connection through imagined landscapes that echo the textures and spirit of the Cambodian environment.
